Terms of Service
Effective November 4, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Fair Future Lab, LLC ("Fair Future Lab," "we," or "us"), which operates DraftDrop. By signing in, you agree to them. DraftDrop is not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Action Network or Action Squared.
What DraftDrop does
DraftDrop lets you write email templates, share them by link, and create draft emails in Action Network groups using API keys you provide. DraftDrop only creates drafts. Reviewing, targeting, and sending them happens in Action Network and is up to you.
Your responsibilities
- Only save API keys for Action Network groups you're authorized to use. Follow Action Network's own terms when you use them.
- Before sending any email, review drafts you import, including content from other people's templates. You're responsible for what your group sends.
- Follow the laws that apply to the email you send, including anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM.
- Don't publish templates with unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, or content you don't have the right to share.
- Don't try to access other people's data or interfere with the service, for example by probing it for vulnerabilities without permission or overloading it.
Your content
You keep ownership of the templates you write. By publishing a template, you allow anyone who signs in and has the link to view it and import it into their own Action Network group. Unpublishing stops new imports, but drafts already created belong to the groups that created them.
Availability and changes
DraftDrop is a small, free project. It may change, be unavailable at times, or shut down, and we'll try to give notice before shutting down. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
No warranty
DraftDrop is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including that it will be error-free or that drafts will be created exactly as expected. Always review drafts in Action Network before sending.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Fair Future Lab and its contractors aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or reputation, arising from your use of DraftDrop.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update them here and change the effective date. Continuing to use DraftDrop after a change means you accept the updated terms.
